At Luftle, we strive to provide the best balloon and event decoration services across Delhi NCR. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds to ensure complete transparency.

1. Overview

When you book an event decoration service with Luftle through luftle.com or our official channels, our team immediately allocates specialized resources, decorators, and materials for your specific time slot. Because of this immediate logistical preparation, advance amounts are governed by structured cancellation parameters.

2. Cancellation Timelines & Refunds

Depending on when you choose to cancel your booking prior to the scheduled event time, refunds are processed as follows:

• Cancellation 7 or more days prior to the event: You are eligible for a 100% refund of the total booking amount paid.
• Cancellation 3 to 6 days prior to the event: You are eligible for an 80% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 20% covers preliminary resource locking and administrative coordination.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the event: A 50% refund will be processed. Short-notice cancellations heavily impact our decorator scheduling and material preparations.
• Same-Day Cancellations / No-Show: Cancellations made on the day of the event or if our team reaches the venue and is turned away/unable to access due to client fault are strictly non-refundable.

3. Partial Cancellations & Modifications

If you wish to scale down your booking package (e.g., reducing balloon count, removing extra add-on elements, or shrinking setup dimensions) after confirmation:

• The balance value corresponding strictly to the cancelled elements cannot be refunded or credited back as cash.
• However, our team will gladly adjust or reallocate that value toward alternative styling elements of equivalent value for your event, subject to feasibility.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to postpone or shift your event date:

• Requests for rescheduling must be communicated to our support team at least 48 hours prior to the original slot.
• Rescheduling is completely free of charge, subject to slot and decorator availability on your new requested date.
• If the requested new date is unavailable, standard cancellation terms will apply.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Certain components associated with custom orders cannot be refunded under any circumstances:

• Customized Products: Payments for customized items (such as personalized name banners, custom photo backdrops, or specialized neon/LED props manufactured specifically for your theme) are strictly non-refundable.
• Third-Party Vendor Fees: Any specialized external venue permits or specialized outsourced rentals secured explicitly for your event are non-refundable once booked.

6. Cancellations by Luftle

In rare and unavoidable circumstances (such as extreme weather warnings, civil disruptions, government restrictions, or sudden severe illness of our specialized setup crew), Luftle reserves the right to cancel any booking. In such exceptional cases:

• You will be notified immediately via phone and email.
• You will receive a 100% full refund of all payments made, or a priority free rescheduling option, based on your preference.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a cancellation request is approved and verified by our finance team:

• Refunds are initiated back to the original source of payment (UPI, Bank Account, or Credit/Debit Card via our secure payment gateway pay.luftle.com).
• The credited amount typically reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your banking institution's processing speeds.
